  1. Acceptance of Terms of Service

1.1.    This section lists out the Terms of Service for this chatbot service “Service”. These Terms of Service apply to all users of ABBI. When you, the user, are entering a conversation with the chatbot and any related web pages, you have agreed to these Terms of Service.

 

  1. Description of Services

2.1.    ABBI provides a variety of services through WhatsApp, to aide business owners to conduct their business, such as meeting reminders, research, and business contact management.

2.2.    Some services and features (e.g. business contact management) are only available to registered and verified users.

 

  1. Personal Data

3.1.    ABBI respects personal data privacy and ensures that the procedures of its services when collecting, using, storing, transferring, and enquiring personal data complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. Based on this principle, related Privacy Policy is set up, with details to be found under the section on “Privacy Policy”.

 

  1. Third-party Materials

Our Service may include materials from third parties.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

 

  1. Products or Services

When you communicate or have business dealings with the suppliers found on or through this web site, or link to the website of other companies or organizations for browsing or business transactions, any obligations and responsibilities thus arising, including any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such supplier. ABBI shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

 

  1. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse and restrict any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

  1. Sharing content and information

7.1.    When you are sharing content and information, you must have the ownership right of the content, or the right for public dissemination, display, performance or broadcasting of the content concerned.

7.2.    ABBI makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content of this Service.  It shall not accept any responsibilities for any loss or damage arising from the information, or reproduction or re-dissemination of the information, within this Service.

 

  1. User Submissions

8.1      If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example feedbacks) or without a request from us you send suggestions, proposals, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

 

  1. Payment

9.1      Our charges for monthly plans are posted on our website and may be changed from time to time. If any part of a month is included in the Term, then payment is due for the full month. Payments are due for any month on the same or closest date to the day you made your first monthly payment (the “Pay Date”). If you go over your sending limit and reach another pricing level, then you’ll have to pay at the higher level on or before the next pay date. If the Term ends before that payment is due, you’ll still be required to make one payment at the higher level.

9.2      As long as you have signed up into a subscription, you’ll provide us with valid credit card information and authorize us to deduct the monthly charges against that credit card. You’ll replace the information for any credit card that expires with information for a valid one. Anyone using a credit card represents and warrants that they are authorized to use that credit card, and that all charges may be billed to that credit card and won’t be rejected. If we’re unable to process your credit card order, we’ll try to contact you by WhatsApp and/or Email and suspend your subscription until your payment can be processed.

 

  1. Prohibited Uses

You are not entitled to

10.1.    impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

10.2.    upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses, or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

10.3.    interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services;

10.4. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by any securities exchange;

 

  1. Violations

11.1.    You agree that the content you share will not breach the Terms of Service of this Service.

11.2.    The Service administrator reserves the right to delete or block the user if he/she is in breach of this Terms of Service.

11.3.    If any registered user is continuously in breach of this Terms of Service, the Service administrator has the right to terminate the access right of your login account.

 

  1. Termination of account

12.1.    If the registered user has made inappropriate behavior, causing damages to the Service ABBI, the administrator may immediately terminate his/her login account

12.2.    Registered users may apply to the Service administrator for the termination of service.

12.3.    After the termination of the registered account, all enrollments and payments made before the termination of the account will remain valid, and no refund could be arranged, and data loss of the account information may be incurred.

 

  1. Notification

All notifications would be posted via the Service.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Sisters Pro AI Solutions Limited, our directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

 

  1. Amendment to the Terms of Service

15.1. This web site reserves the right to amend this Terms of Service from time to time.

15.2. All amendments to the Terms of Service would be posted to the web site.

11.1.  使用者同意所分享的內容不會違反本聲明及本網站的服務條款。

11.2. 如使用者分享的內容及資訊違反本聲明,本網站管理人有權刪除該內容及資訊。

11.3. 如使用者持續違反本聲明,本網站管理人有權終止有關人士的網站使用權。

12.1.   若登記用戶作出不恰當的行為,對其他用戶、本網站或ABBI構成損害,本網站管理人可即時終止其帳戶。本網站管理人將以電郵通知受影響之用戶。

12.2.   登記用戶可向本網站管理人申請終止使用本服務。

12.3.   於終止帳戶後,所有經本網站處理之報名及繳費事宜將繼續生效,所繳費用亦概不退回,並可能導致賬戶信息數據丟失。

ABBI is committed to the protection of Personal Data, including data that we use for our own purposes, and that we maintain on behalf of our Clients.

 

    1. Collection and Use of Personal Data

ABBI collects information, including Personal Data, for the following purposes:

  • Providing and managing the Service
  • Internal business purposes
    – Communicating with you and marketing
    – Recruiting and managing personnel
  • Collecting payment for the Service
  • To understand and improve our Service and Website

In order to provide our services to our clients we collect the user’s name, email address and phone number and upload these details into our secure servers. These details are used only to identify the users and deliver the content that they need for the service.

 

ABBI Services are not directed to children under 16. If you learn that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Data without consent, please contact us.

  1. Providing and managing the Service

In the course of providing the Service, ABBI may receive, access, analyze, process and maintain Personal Data on behalf of our Customers.

Our Customers determine the types of Personal Data that will be collected and used within the Service, how it will be used and disclosed, and how long it will be stored. For any questions related to how your Personal Data is used by our Customers, please contact us directly.

Service Data, is the information that is processed on behalf of our Customers during provision of the Service.

  • Your data is stored in secure cloud servers. HTTPS, SSL Cert and Server-side encryption (SSE) are implemented to safeguard personal data from unauthorized or unwanted access, processing, deletion, loss, or use. With SSE enabled, the incoming data is encrypted before it is stored, and the encryption keys used are maintained separately.
  • If you require us to delete your account data, you can request so by sending us an email.
  • Upon termination, all your data (contacts, conversations, etc.) is deleted permanently from our database unless you request otherwise.

Account Information, including contact information, user profile information, and information about your payment method, is collected from you when you register or authenticate into our Service and is used to manage payment for the Service, enable us to provide support, and facilitate communication.

Service Usage Information, is collected, including information about how you are accessing and using the Service. We use this information to understand and improve our Services, and to investigate and prevent security issues, abuse, fraud.

Access and Correction of Personal Data

If we receive a request from an individual to access or update Personal Data we have collected on behalf of a particular Customer, we will direct that individual to the relevant Customer. We will assist our Customers wherever possible in responding to individual access requests.

If you submit Personal Data via our Website or otherwise provide us with your Personal Data, you may request access, updating or correction of your Personal Data by submitting a written request to us. We may request certain Personal Data for the purposes of verifying your identity.
